Hi, my baby got tiny pimple like bumps on face, around neck and on chest. No red rash is observed. Please help. Attached the image

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Atogla You can apply a number of times in the day a lot of times it can be associated with heat in the body and sometimes due to sudden change in weather when is too cold or too hot also that time this can happen
