Q.

My daughter eats everything, her water intake is also good but still she doesn't look that much healthy. She is active too. Do I need to concern about her health?

A. what's the weight? if she us active don't worry, give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. hi mam, physical appearance of a child is not that much necessary. if a child is active ,seems happy and gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
