Meditating is really going to be very helpful for you and because of the medicines and the life turning 360° after delivering a child a lot of things can change because you suddenly get sometimes either very emotional or angry or anything so I think talking to somebody reliable who can trust and went out whatever is bothering her and second would be to do meditation
