my child from morning vomit everything even after drinking water, feeling drowsiness, not ate anything,. is there any medications.

A. Hello dear parent, do not worry much your baby will be alright. Just give him food in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only. Let baby eat as much as he wants. Consult your doctor if necessary v
