Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. very important to drink plenty of water at the same time you should consume diet from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits in a quantity which will take care of breast feeding if going on as well as your recovery post pregnancy. meet a dietitian who will guide you regarding this and then go for light walking and exercise
