My baby was having rashes on his face, legs... I stopped using oil for massage and soap for bathing.. only using aloe Vera and turmeric.. but the problem was not completely gone.. the skin became someone hard on the face.. any suggestions please

A. Stop using turmeric also as there are purity issues so only wash the face with plain water and apply Cetaphil baby daily lotion on face and body take care and stay safe
