ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yoy can eat dal chawal roti n fruit. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

See You can have green leafy vegetables light vegetables and fruits which are full of water like watermelon bottle gourd and all these things but still I am not very sure that it will help in increasing your lactation big because not everybody has hundred percent lactation for kids but you can try otherwise I would advise you to start giving formula feed to the child
