Q.
My baby is almost 4 months old. Till 3 months weight gain was normal now it is reducing . Is breast milk not enough . What we can eat for increasing breast milk immediately

She honestly doesn’t happen immediately you can just go ahead with powder powder that you can take in the day will help in increasing your lactation other than that also I’m going to recommend you if you do not produce fish feed as of now you can start giving formula to the child as well
