Q.

#AskTheExpert how to gain weight for 4 month baby. My breast milk is not enough for my baby. I am not ready to give formula milk.

A. feed for 10 to 15 min from each side take diet to boost lactation if the breast milk is not sufficient give formula feed To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hello dear parent! There should be a minimum weight gain of 400gms to 500gms in a month. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
