then you can take socked dry fruits and fennugric seeds powder with milk twice a day and take pearl millet powder ganji and sounf and jeera water and green leaves and take 0.5litre milk per day
Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. normal traditional foods efficient you can take good protein diet seasonal fruits vegetables. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have more green leaves vegetables and fruits and dairy products in diet along with home made food. Also have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day to produce more milk.
