my baby suffer from cold , what I do for this

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like adlex ccold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi I would suggest to give massage with warm coconut oil and Tulsi leaves or you can apply paste of Turmeric powder and water on Chest and back of your child. give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
