Q.
my baby's (girl)head circumference at 8.5 months is 41.5 cm. at birth it was 31.5 cm. Is there something to worry about the hc. weight 6.9 kg and birth weight was 2.3kg. she is achieving her milestones on time.

Author of questionMom of 2 children5 months agoA. she is doing fine. though she is still underweight but I think there is nothing to worry about. she is pretty active and intelligent. hope your baby is also doing fine.

The circumference of the head is very much proper it completely depends how it is growing as per the birth statistics which is going fine but yes the weight of your child is actually quite less as per an eight month old child though I agree that your child was born with a little less weight but still it should be somewhere around 7 1/2 to 8 kg as of now
