Q.

my baby is now 3.5 months old. she s weighing only 4.4 kg now. her birth weight was 3.3kg. am exclusively breastfeeding her. is she gaining good amount weight as per the chart.

A. hi dear IF YOU BREASTFEED YOUR BABY FOR 3–4 MONTHS, her digestive system will have matured a great deal, and she will be much better able to tolerate the foreign substances in formula. Giving nothing but your breastmilk for the first 6 months helps to protect against infections (eg ear, respiratory and gastrointestinal). breast milk is a good healthy diet for baby and build immunity power
