Q.
my baby is now 3.5 months old. she s weighing only 4.4 kg now. her birth weight was 3.3kg. am exclusively breastfeeding her. is she gaining good amount weight as per the chart.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear IF YOU BREASTFEED YOUR BABY FOR 3–4 MONTHS, her digestive system will have matured a great deal, and she will be much better able to tolerate the foreign substances in formula. Giving nothing but your breastmilk for the first 6 months helps to protect against infections (eg ear, respiratory and gastrointestinal). breast milk is a good healthy diet for baby and build immunity power
