Hello!!my baby is 3.5months old..i am Exclusively breastfeeding him. His birth weight was 3.5 KG. Currently he is weighing Five kgs. Is his weight normal?

A. See the weight gain is completely going to be dependent on as to what was the birth weight of the child So practically if your child has gained a minimum of 400 g every month that means your child is gaining properly according to the age so you can always calculate the weight for initial one year for the child like that and by the time of six months we expect it to be double of the birth weight or more than that but not less in any caseWrite Your Answer Here
