My 3 month daughter weighs 4.92Kg currently. Her birth weight was 2.86Kg . She is underweight? How can I help her gain weight (exclusively breastfed)?

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
