hi doctor my daughter is now 3 months.. she s only 4 kg.. her birth weight was 2.3.. she s active. but her weight is less is that ok?

A. Dear ma’am, how frequently do you feed and how long does she feed at breast? What’s her pee and poop count? Is she active when awake? Make sure baby is latched well. Encourage frequent breastfeeding both during the day and night.
