my baby is not getting weight her health is going down day by day but she is very active

A. Most of the toddlers are very active and that is why they gain weight slowly. Keep feeding him foods rich in fats and protein like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids. Serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range as it will create his interest in eating.
