Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi if a child is taking breastfeeding well ,as such no need to worry just ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day. try to offer water with spoon after meal or during play time. you can also offer water in other forms like soup, juice, coconut water etc
