My baby is going to complete her sixth month. I want to know about her solid meal plan. how much apple puree can be given??

A. hello after the baby complete 6 months u can start with semi solod food b liquid baased food in the diet and u can be giving home made cerelac rice dal water ghee curd banana which will alll help in the baby growth anf absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
