my baby is 9 month old and my periods not come yet. and m also feel weakness and back pain

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting postuxre as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple paixn you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
