Q.

Last 2 -3 months I m suffering from too much hairfall and heels pain while sitting, sleeping etc ...and also weakness...why?

A. See You’re not taking proper rest you have anxiety stress or anything that could be one of the reasons for your body pain and heel pain and certain times these ratios are related to the nerves of the body so consult a neurologist as well and also would like to tell you just start pre-conditioning it’s going to be helpful in controlling hair fall
