my baby is 8days old...after my csec i got uti ...for that doc prescribed monorul sachet(fosfomycin)..is it safe during breastfeeding...will it pass to baby..i got confused after searching on google..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem taking antibiotics for your urine infection definitely some amount will be present in the breast milk but it will not be in such a quantity that it will be harmful for the baby
