my baby is 8 months now and was having waist pain with white discharge is there a problem coz my boy was born by c section

Hello,many new mother's have this problem after c-section and it's normal don't worry and to resolve this issue you should take proper rest,don't use stairs and uplift your legs while you ly down on bed,don't sit for long time and keep yourself hydrated and if possible you should take proper sleep and rest and don't stress yourself.
