my baby is 6 months old and till now I didn't have lose weight after delivery why is it?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom this varies from women to women as lot of other factors also have its effects on this , have patients and also be dedicated enough take care of your diet and prefer to avoid refined foods , which are also processed as well and sugars as well, but avoid dieting as that could effect your milk production as well,also involve in some physcial exercise as well
