A. Hello mom Now your baby is six months old so you should start doing yoga regularly. In starting few days just do basic exercise routine and within a time you can start doing normal routine. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein is in your regular diet plan
