my baby is 6 months now and i gave him apple puree and carrot puree it was fine but i gave him ragi porridge and motions started my baby going 10 times a day i stopped everything for 2 days after that i gave him apple puree but his motions wasn't stopped so stopped everything but he is going to motions like 10 times day watery type could anyone pls suggest me what should i do next can i give any fruit puree
