My baby is 6 month now which exercise I have to do for my weight loss

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
