Q.

My baby is 3 months old, I have not exposed her to too much sunlight . Ia it necessary that i expose her to direct sunlight or just the light as we live in a high rise apartment we don't get direct Sundays but the light is available. Please help

A. It is never direct sunlight it is always indirect sunlight or wherever the sunlight is coming should keep your child in that area for at least 30 to 40 minutes because it’s actually good for good absorption of vitamin D and reducing jaundice travel avoid so that it does not read app so it is important so however you can manage should try
