A. you can go between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and in the evening between 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with nearest doctor also in your locality. Take care

A. U Can keep your child into indirect sunrise for about 40 to 60 minutes but just make sure it is in direct sun rays not direct was otherwise the child’s complexion is going to go down with Tanning so you just have to make sure that it’s indirect some time
