#asktheexpert How much sunlight should a newborn be exposed to? How should the baby be exposed to sunlight- us direct exposure safe?

A. You are ideally supposed to expose the baby to the early morning sunlight which isn’t strong that can be exposed to directly , and the rest of the time you can keep the baby under the tube light that itself will help in reducing the high bilirubin, if at all
