Q.

My baby is 3 month old and my milk production is low. let me know how to increase the breast feed.

A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself. take good sleep and water intake
