Give adequate feeding
Squeeze your nipple frequently
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk
You can use a Philips Avent Breastpump
you can pump in addition to breastfeeding every day to enhance your overall supply
If you want to enhance your supply you will need to pump more frequently #ParentYourWay
