A. give hot milk with pinch of kesar warm clothes if there is cold weather try to give soup

A. I M giving him althrocin drops and wikoryl drops along with nasoclear nasal drops is it ok ?

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper exarwmination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

A. Sinarist paediatric drugs can be given to the child you can go ahead with giving 0.5 ML to the child twice in a day and along with that you can also focus on giving indirect steam to the child that is also going to be very helpful in the case
