Mustard oil offers Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids with a traditional taste but a strong flavor. Sunflower oil, rich in Vitamin E, has a neutral taste and high smoke point. Coconut oil, containing lauric acid, is ideal for South Indian dishes with a sweet flavor.f Groundnut oil, with a nutty taste and high smoke point, is great for frying. Soybean oil is versatile with a neutral flavor, while rice bran oil, high in afntioxidants, has a mild taste.
Rotate oils for a balanced diet.

You can go for any oil of your choice but I would suggest you to use cold pressed oil because filter oils are very unhealthy for us in general and if you’re willing to use it for yourself and then your child also go for any cold depressed oil you can find a lot of them online to check from
