my baby is 20 months old and iam very confusing about cooking oil, witch oil best for healthy cooking

A. You can go for any oil of your choice but I would suggest you to use cold pressed oil because filter oils are very unhealthy for us in general and if you’re willing to use it for yourself and then your child also go for any cold depressed oil you can find a lot of them online to check from
