Q.

My baby is 2 months old, I’m exclusively breast feeding her but one day milk supply seems to be good, breasts get heavy after feeding sessions and I’m able to feed her well. Next day the breast are light/soft entire day and no milk leakages.. on those day she cries continuously may be due insufficient milk, so I provide her formula milk. Why this happens and any remedies to fix this?

A. keep a watch on your diet. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana , milk everyday.
