Q.

#AskTheExpert i hv stopped breast feeding my 18 month baby. But i feel heaviness in my breasts..what could i do to stop my milk supply??

A. to stop your milk supply you should consult the doctor and take medicine to stop the milk coming.. also it common that as you stop feeding there will be milk coming for some months.. as because you will have heaviness some time it comes for one year after also stopping..
