Q.

im 3 months old mother ....I'm exclusively Breast feeding mother ....but sometimes my breasts are heavy with milk...and sometimes there is no heavyness.....on that time I think there is no enough milk for baby....what can I do

A. good afternoon just because there is no heaviness it does not mean that the milk supply is not sufficient I would recommend you to check whether the urine output of the child is good or not
