My baby is 2 months old, his skin is becoming darker day by day.. is it because of the massage oil or body lotion i am using? Is he going to regain his original colour?

The colour of the child usually changes for 6 to 8 months then only you can be certain about the colour of the child will have which would be truly based on the genetics and the product that you use do not change the skin colour as practically not possible
