my baby is 1 yr 11 month old ,but she is is depend in cerelac product,did wright?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Ceralac is substitute food, keep this option for emergency only, this is not good for daily basis, to one year baby you can give everything's which you cook for yourself,try to give family food.

please give her the food that she likes
please include probiotics and soups In her diet
give her soups of tomato moong drumsticks daal etc
give her curd and buttermilk as per her suitability
use simply puriffied water having tds higher than 350
