Q.

#asktheexpert ..My baby is 11 month old..But he is not eating solid foods..like cerelac , Wheat poridge etc..What i give him for better growth ..bcoz he is only depend on cow's milk

A. Hi mom As ur baby is almost one year complete now, u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now. So try with different varieties of food and choices for ur baby. Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating. Make eating fun.
