my baby is 1 year old... but still she don't eat enough solid food what to do?

A. Hi Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Maintain hydration Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana porridge khichadi curd etc
