Q.
my baby is 1 month old. Can I eat fried rice? will it affect my breast milk?

The food that you eat does not affect your feed so if you want to have fried rice you can eat but if you calling it from the market make sure they do not add MSG into your food or if you’re making it at home then there is no problem at all it’s completely fine to eat
