my baby hg 9 now ... she is anemic last November (hg7.8)platelets increased 6lac....what should I do???

Ask your doctor if you can start with a proper iron supplement and what nutrition alteration and dietary alterations you need to do that is going to be suggested by the nutrition expert to you and accordingly you can go ahead with that because this is actually very low so it would require doctors help for sure
