how can I increase hg level in my 3 month old premature baby ..does my low hg level effecting her?

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. baby will get all iron calcium and other nutrients through breastmilk though keep feeding baby on time . and along with breastmilk you can give iron drops and multivitamin drops to baby post doctor's recommendation.
