Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam ,you can give iron drops as per your doctor's prescription along with that , please continue to offer breasfeeding. as a nursing mother,take Healthy and nutritious diet which will help your child to get essential nutrients through breastmilk.
