hello my son is 4 years 4 months old. he is anemic. hb is 8. what should I do?

A. Sweet potato black rice bro all I spinach and specially u can give more of beet root and pomegranate

A. thankyoubso much rashmi for responding. can you please share items that I should include in his daily diet. it would help me a lot. and doctor has advised to giv3 iron and zinc suplement but my son doesn't take it. whenever I try to give him he spit out.
