My baby having dandruff since 2 months.. it's been a month we changed the shampoo to Spoo and hair oil to coconut as suggested by our paediatrician, but there is no improvement.

A. Usually spoo shampoo helps in getting rid of dandruff hope you are oiling hair twice or thrice in a week keep it overnight abd wash it next day and in summers curd can be applied on scalp to get rid of dandruff
