My baby have a cold for last 1 week, from yesterday he got fever, now from midnight motioning like this, pls help me is this normal? What can i do him now

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl4 days agoA. Mam there can be an issue of teeth coming or stomach infection or indigestion which is why the motion is loose you should check with your doctor once for physical assessment and only then you can proceed with the right solution to the problem
