My baby has started teething..she is 6.5 months.. her skin is getting extremely dry inspite of daily oil massage

For teething Medication that helps a lot in easy teething you can ask the chemist they will give you the medicine like the homoeopathic chemist and as far as the other issue is concerned the dry skin I would say NMfe vitamin E cream is good you start applying that 2 to 3 times in a day
