my baby has fever from last 2 days and vomitted 3 times. he doesn't drinking water because of pain when gulping why it happened and how it will be reduced

Hello dear, if child is not able to gulp anything moreover he will is having fever and is vomiting out every thing then this is clear that he is suffering from the throat infection for you need to consult with the doctor because sometimes even antibiotic is required
